SATURDAY DRAWING CLUB!

Let’s draw together! 

What: A fun, socially distanced space for young aspiring artists to learn basic drawing skills. Every week there will be a new still life, nature element, or free form design challenge to jump into. This is a fun opportunity for practicing drawing skills, responding to weekly creative prompts, and getting feedback and guidance.

Who:  I’m a practicing artist and art teacher (and Croton Mom), excited to share my enthusiasm for the transformative power of drawing. I’ll keep things weird but also grounded in solid art making principles. I studied painting and drawing at the Kansas City Art Institute, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and Rhode Island School of Design. And somehow I am still kind of fun. 

Supplies are provided - but students are free to bring their own sketchbook if they prefer!
